Best cappuccino in the city - I always visit Cem when my son is in the playground and he lets me take my porcelain cup to the park bench - he's so relaxed and nice - and his coffee tastes fantastic - a great rich taste, if you're a real coffee person you will understand. ;)

Great coffee, laid back atmosphere, no hipsters. One of the the best cafes in the List. Definitely not pretentious!

Cems Café liegt in einer schönen Ecke in der List. Das Personal ist super freundlich und die Getränke sind sehr lecker. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre lädt zum Verweilen ein. Dazu gibt es noch ausgezeichnete Cappuccinos Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Es mag aussehen wie in all den anderen Cafes die ihr besucht. Mahlen, tampern, Kaffee ziehen. Aber am Ende schmeckt es diesen einen Tick besser als anderswo.
Das sein Laden etwas abseits der üblichen Wege liegt ist schade. Versucht unbedingt diesen Umweg in Kauf zu nehmen! Es lohnt sich.Übersetzung
If you're looking for the best coffee in town, then Cem's is the right place for you. It's not necessarily the beans Cem uses in his small shop—you can get those at other cafes in town, too—it's the way he prepares the coffee. It may look like all the other cafes you visit: grinding, tamping, brewing. But in the end, it tastes just that little bit better than anywhere else. It's a shame that his shop is a bit off the beaten track. Definitely try to make the detour! It's worth it.

Schönes Café am De-Haen-Platz in Hannover, unter uralten, riesigen Kastanienbäumen. Mit der beste Espresso Hannovers (ich teile meine Espresso-Vorlieben dabei zwischen dieser Bar und dem Panama am Lister Platz).
Der besondere Reiz liegt natürlich darin, wenn man draußen unter den Kastanien sitzen kann. Der Kaffee und das Wohnzimmerambiente ist aber wohl auch im Winter einen Besuch wert.
Einziges Problem dabei: Es ist nicht besonders durchsichtig, wann er offen hat. Werktags tagsüber und Samstagvormittags aber meistens.Übersetzung
A lovely café on De-Haen-Platz in Hanover, beneath ancient, gigantic chestnut trees. It serves the best espresso in Hanover (I divide my espresso preferences between this bar and the Panama on Lister Platz). The special appeal, of course, lies in being able to sit outside under the chestnut trees. The coffee and the living-room ambiance are probably worth a visit even in winter. The only problem: It's not particularly clear when it's open. It's open during the day on weekdays and mostly on Saturday mornings.
